Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions are provided to ensure consistency and precision throughout this document and any supplementary agreements issued by tk999cc.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the tk999cc Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the Platform. tk999cc enforces a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.

2.2 Identity Verification

tk999cc applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity of all registered Users. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account under your registered name).

tk999cc reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. tk999cc employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Account identified will be closed without notice and all associated balances voided.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of Services available on tk999cc, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• A valid and unique email address that you own and control;
• A chosen username that does not impersonate any other person or entity;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity as required by the Platform;
• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 18 or above;
• Your mobile number, as used with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. tk999cc will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify tk999cc immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

tk999cc accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that we have fulfilled our own security obligations.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. tk999cc reserves the right to close any Account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the tk999cc Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk999cc supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and bank transfers.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on tk999cc:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful processing. tk999cc does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your sole responsibility. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. tk999cc reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual or high-risk.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on the tk999cc Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk999cc does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment-method level is outside of tk999cc's control and is governed solely by the rates applied by your payment service provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk999cc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance within your Account and are not immediately withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total Bonus Funds amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion;
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion;
• tk999cc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice a User who has already accepted and begun wagering on the bonus;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

Details of the current welcome bonus offer for new tk999cc registrations, including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period, are set out on the Promotions page of the Platform. tk999cc reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

tk999cc runs seasonal promotional campaigns timed to coincide with major sporting and cultural events relevant to Bangladesh, including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). All seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is launched.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to artificially clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. tk999cc reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk999cc Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You must not engage in any activity that is deceptive, harmful, disruptive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

6.1 You Agree To

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent points where information is requested;
• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Take full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Notify tk999cc promptly if you become aware of any error, malfunction, or irregularity on the Platform.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk999cc Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime;
• Providing false identification documents during the KYC process;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tk999cc staff or other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk999cc Platform — including but not limited to the brand name tk999cc, the site logo, all game titles and assets, software, text, graphics, user interface elements, design layouts, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk999cc or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from tk999cc;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use the tk999cc brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions are reserved by tk999cc. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk999cc hereby excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

8.1 No Warranty

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. tk999cc does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

In no event shall tk999cc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if tk999cc has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, tk999cc's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. tk999cc will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
